Insurance companies: we want to hear from you!

Do you market insurance products that target co-owners, co-ownership directors and managers or condominium project contractors and builders? Are you an insurance broker or agent? Given the increased risk of claims involved, does the chronic lack of maintenance and accelerated aging of the housing stock worry you? Has the widespread lack of knowledge regarding complex concepts resulting from the merging of co-ownership and insurance in itself become a source of risk? Who covers and pays for damages caused by an aging water heater whose contents unexpectedly empty and damage neighbouring condos or a common hallway?
